Services

Four modules, six ways to engage.

The module decides what gets built. The engagement model decides how it gets built — and those are separate conversations that too often get merged into one.

Where we go deep.

Engagement models

However the work needs to start.

Some clients need a programme. Some need one specialist for six weeks. Some need someone to tell them honestly whether the thing already half-built can be saved.

01

Implementation

Greenfield builds, scoped to what the operation can absorb.

A first go-live sets the pattern for everything after it. We design for the process you will run in year three, not just the one that clears UAT — because the shortcuts taken in a first implementation are the constraints inherited by every rollout that follows.

  • Fit-to-standard workshops that end in decisions, not a backlog of open points
  • Configuration, extension and test design in one thread rather than three handovers
  • Cutover and hypercare planned as delivery scope, not as a contingency
02

S/4HANA migration

Moving execution off legacy without stopping the operation.

LE-TRA and LE-WM both have a finite runway. The decision is rarely whether to move, but how much process change to absorb in the same window as the technical move — and that answer is different for a warehouse than it is for a transportation desk.

  • Honest process-to-capability mapping, including where standard should win
  • Master data conversion, parallel-run design and reconciliation
  • Site-by-site or wave cutover so risk is bounded at every step
03

Global rollout

A template that survives contact with the second country.

Rollouts fail on the delta, not the template. We define upfront what is global and non-negotiable, what is a permitted local variant, and who decides — so country three does not reopen decisions made in country one.

  • Template design with an explicit global/local governance line
  • Country deltas for customs filing, labelling, tax and language
  • Repeatable deployment kit: config, data load, test pack, training
04

Managed support

Application support that reduces its own ticket volume.

Warehouses and transport desks run outside office hours, and an incident in execution stops physical goods, not just a screen. We run support with defined response commitments and, more importantly, with root-cause work that removes the recurring tickets instead of servicing them forever.

  • Incident, problem and change management against agreed response targets
  • Recurring-defect elimination tracked as a first-class metric
  • Release regression packs so upgrades stop being events
05

Integration

The interfaces where supply chain programmes actually break.

Execution modules are only as good as their edges: carriers, telematics, automation controllers, customs authorities, brokers, 3PLs. We treat these as designed components with monitoring and error handling, rather than as connectors someone will fix later.

  • ERP, TM, EWM and GTS interlock design
  • Carrier, PLC/WCS and customs authority interfaces
  • SAP Integration Suite / PI-PO patterns with real error handling
06

Specialist resourcing

Named consultants into your programme, not CVs into a pool.

Sometimes the requirement is not a project but a specific gap — an EWM-MFS specialist for a commissioning window, a TM charge management consultant for a settlement redesign. We place people who have done the exact thing before.

  • Functional and technical SAP supply chain profiles
  • Short-window specialist cover for commissioning and cutover
  • Knowledge transfer built into the assignment, not bolted on at the end

Not sure which

Start with the symptom.

You do not have to arrive with the module already chosen. Describe what is going wrong operationally and we will tell you which of the four — if any — is the right instrument.
