Consulting careers usually broaden by default — a bit of everything, deep in nothing. This practice is built the other way round, and that is either exactly what you want or exactly what you do not.
You will be pointed at one module and expected to become genuinely expert in it. Nobody here is "resourced" onto whatever is open this month.
Consultants visit sites, walk warehouses and sit with planners. You cannot design execution processes from a meeting room, and we do not pretend otherwise.
Small practice, direct client contact. Your work is attributed to you rather than absorbed into a delivery pyramid.
Who we hire
These are standing interests rather than a list of open vacancies. If one describes you, write to us regardless of whether something is advertised.
Warehouse execution, RF and automation
Storage-type and strategy design, wave and picking configuration, RF framework work, and — if you have it — Material Flow System experience commissioning conveyors or ASRS alongside an automation vendor.
Planning, tendering and settlement
Freight unit building, Transportation Cockpit and optimiser configuration, freight agreements and charge management. Carrier integration experience is weighted heavily.
Compliance, customs and preference
Sanctioned party screening and legal control, customs declaration processing and national filing, preference determination. Comfort with the regulatory side, not just the configuration, matters here.
ABAP, Fiori, integration
ABAP OO, CDS, BAdI and enhancement work in a logistics context, Fiori and UI5, and interface development across SAP Integration Suite or PI/PO. Supply chain domain understanding is a real advantage.
Programme and cutover ownership
Running execution programmes end to end: scope discipline, cutover design, hypercare, and the ability to give a client bad schedule news early rather than late.
Learn one module properly
We would rather train a curious graduate into deep EWM or TM capability than hire breadth. Expect to spend time on a warehouse floor in your first year.
